1. How to get to the Villa / Apartment?

2. Where can I find the nearest car rental?

There is a local car rental company called Yellow Car which is located in Marbella, but also has with at Malaga Airport and La Cala de Mijas.

3. What are the check-in and check-out hours?

Check in: 16:00 – 22:00  Check out: 12:00


4. What happens if I arrive before 4:00 p.m.?

In case you arrive before 4:00 p.m. and your establishment is not ready for checking n, you would have to wait for the accommodation to be available. In case it is prepared by your arrival, you can check in earlier, provided you notify us beforehand so that our staff gets everything ready for the check-in at the time of your arrival.


5. Can I check in earlier?

In some cases it is possible to check in earlier, although this depends on the availability of the villas and apartments and we cannot guarantee it, since it is subject to the previous check out. However, if you wish to make sure that your apartment is ready upon your arrival, you can book it the night before.


6. Can I check out later?

In some cases it is possible to check out later, since if you make your reservation through our website, we offer you additional two hours of stay. If the desired check-out time exceeds two hours, you can contact with us so as to establish a rate in accordance with the additional time you need.

8. Is it safe to make my reservation online (on Internet)?

Of course. The entire payment process with credit / debit card is realized through an online bank payment system (telebanking) 4B that guarantees that the transaction is secure. We respect your privacy and do not disclose any of your personal data, thus complying with the Law LSSI, the Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Confidentiality Commitments, known as Organic Law 15/1999 as of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, (LOPD).
